Chloe was born and raised in a builder’s family in Southern China. She moved to the U.S. to pursue her education and was awarded a full scholarship to The Cooper Union, one of the most prestigious Schools of architecture and art of its time, where she studied architecture and graduated with the School’s top honor: the Excellence in Architecture Award.

Named among the Top 30 Under 30 Chinese Americans, Chloe has worked on a variety of design projects, ranging from high-end commercial spaces and museums to private residences.

Over the past four years, she has designed nearly 100 homes and overseen multiple luxury residential projects from concept to construction. She listens attentively and empathizes with clients, respecting the local context of each project. She believes that architecture is the physical manifestation of the story of people and places.

Gabriel is a licensed architect in the state of Missouri and Maine. Gabriel was born in Paris and studied architecture on a full scholarship at The Cooper Union, where he graduated with a Structural Design Award. He also holds a degree in architecture from the University of East London.

Before founding Design with FRANK and Fannich, he practiced architecture in Paris, London, and New York, contributing to projects such as the redevelopment of JFK Airport, the Grand Canal Museum, and numerous high-end cultural buildings in Italy and France.

Gabriel is passionate about building science and believes a scientific solution is also an aesthetic one. With his skills and experience, spanning large commercial and infrastructure projects to technological development, he views the building through layers of scale.

A true polymath, Gabriel is also an inventor who sees architecture as a vehicle for technological advancement. He has built two large-scale 3D printers capable of fabricating furniture. He actively codes and develops AI-powered tools and architectural software. He is currently leading the development of our in-house design platform.

Huize Wu was born into a family of architects and raised in southern China, where she moved to New York to pursue her passion for design. She earned her degree in Architecture with a minor in Interior Design from the Pratt Institute, where she received an International Scholarship and graduated with the school’s top honor, the Degree Project Design Award. She also completed her Master's in Advanced Architectural Design at Columbia University in New York City.

During her studies, she spent a semester in Rome, where she explored the city’s rich architectural history and urban transformation.

Huize’s work spans across scales and disciplines, driven by a sensitivity to context, materiality, and the emotional experience of space.
